- Triage I Driver Support Agent (Nights)
Description
The Triage I Driver Support Agent will receive or make calls to drivers, vendors, and internal team members and assist them with their needs. Assistance could vary from mechanical, fuel, incident, advances, and security briefings and include processing payments to vendors on repairs that were performed. The role is responsible for being the point of contact person for drivers who call into Driver Support and direct their concerns where needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer high call volumes
- Data intake and input into platforms for what the call entails
- Determine when the call needs moved to a next level Triage agent
- Review and approve estimates within your level of authority
- Collaborate and Communicate with other Triage team members
- Ensure drivers are being directed to the appropriate shops, fuel centers, etc.
- Ensure payments are made in a timely manner to vendors
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Web base programs
- Problem Solving Skills
- Vehicle Maintenance knowledge
- Geography knowledge of the United States
- Ability to work both as a team and independently as needed
- Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of vehicle maintenance/repair experience preferred; class 8 experience a plus
