What your new challenge will look like

• Lead product discovery and delivery for supply chain clients across the European market, ensuring solutions are tailored to regional needs and regulatory requirements.
• Align product features with EU compliance standards such as GDPR and customs regulations, contributing to legally sound and operationally efficient products.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure product integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to uncover insights and validate product direction across diverse EU markets.
• Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value.
• Champion agile and lean development practices to foster iterative progress and cross-functional collaboration.

Why you belong at 4flow

• You bring at least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on European supply chain systems and hold a degree Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• You are familiar with EU logistics regulations and sustainability initiatives while also having hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain systems.
• You possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• You are a strong communicator and collaborator, with a results-oriented mindset and a bias for action.
• You demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse teams and markets.
• You are a creative thinker with a passion for solving user problems and improving supply chain efficiency.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments.
