Pasha Distribution Services LLC is looking for a Class A CDL Auto Transport Driver to join our team. In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, loading and unloading them with care, and upholding the operational standards that set us apart. Drive, Load & Deliver with Confidence
Take full ownership of the vehicle transport process with a sharp focus on safety, service, and care.
Operate Commercial Trucks: Safely maneuver manual transmission tractor-trailers in a variety of road and weather conditions
Load & Unload Vehicles: Properly position and secure vehicles based on size, weight, and manufacturer specifications
Inspect & Maintain Equipment: Conduct daily safety checks and report issues; maintain truck cleanliness inside and out
Communicate in Real Time: Stay in contact with dispatch and monitor daily shipment updates
Document the Journey: Accurately maintain logs and records in full DOT compliance
Follow Safety Standards: Attend regular safety meetings and adhere to all regulations and internal policies

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This outdoor, physically active role involves repeated loading/unloading cycles, climbing, lifting, securing loads, and maneuvering through tight vehicle spaces. Drivers may deliver 10–50 vehicles per shift during a 14-hour workday and must be able to walk on uneven surfaces and perform duties in all weather conditions.

Requirements
What You Bring
You bring years of experience behind the wheel, along with the licenses, credentials, and discipline needed to get the job done safely and efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of recent Class A driving experience
2+ years of auto-hauling experience (required)
Valid Class A CDL with hazardous endorsements
Valid TWIC card
Must meet all DOT commercial driver qualifications, including physical exam and drug testing
Clean driving record with:
No DUIs or reckless driving
No more than 2 points in the past 12 months or 3 points in the past 36 months
No failure-to-appear charges and no more than one at-fault accident
10-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) from the past 30 days required
Your Strengths
You’re physically capable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented—with the mindset and discipline to deliver without compromise.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate ratchets requiring up to 50 lbs of force
Confident climbing 8–10 feet and maneuvering in/out of tight vehicle spaces
Excellent manual dexterity, spatial awareness, and visual acuity
Skilled in both commercial and standard vehicle operation for secure loading and unloading
Calm under pressure and consistently professional in communication and conduct
